$500,001 to $999,999=$3750
$1,000,000 Plus = $5000 + TBD
**All bonuses are based upon your U.S.R.E.L.M. marketeer "closing" the seller on the appointment/presentation. No bonuses will be paid out on telephone marketing leads where the agent will set up his/her own appointment.
Your dedicated Marketeer will call the owner'(s) of five (5) unit and up apartment buildings for Commercial Loans. We will obtain the leads and email them to you. You must request the type of loans you specialize in. We will do the rest.
When you make your purchase, include the following: Your home and or office address, email address, phone number, five (5) zip codes, counties, that you would like your Commercial loan leads/appointments.
